Gather ideas

Do you have a proven track record when it comes to running experiments and strategies?

Here we are, facing a growth challenge. It’s time to gather as many ideas as possible, creating a backlog of every idea that you and your company have on how to improve.

We put together all the business intelligence and get ideating. It’s quantity over quality here, storing all ideas for possible use in the future. There are no wrong answers in this process!

Kick-off time! During this co-creation moment, we determine your scope, talk about the fundamentals and get ideating.

Working with the negative pirate funnel, we ideate towards a first backlog of ideas. This backlog is important, as it gives you a plethora of ideas to fall back on if the previous idea doesn’t happen to work out.

Rank ideas

Do you have a proven track record when it comes to running experiments and strategies?

We want the best ideas to float to the top – not those ideas that come from the highest-paid person in the room. We prioritise ideas through the use of ranking frameworks.

In order to rank objectively, we work with frameworks like dot-voting, BRASS and PIES (which tastes good). These are used to test acquisition channels or for experiments around conversion optimisation, retention and more.

Design your experiment

Do you have a proven track record when it comes to running experiments and strategies?

Great, now we have a shortlist of ideas. One by one we will turn those ideas into validating experiments. We will execute these to verify whether it was a great idea. Or not.

An idea is based on several assumptions. However, those are difficult to measure. So first, we transform them into hypotheses. 

This is our playground: we define the success metrics & blockers and give a list of the resources you need. In other words: we design your experiment plan. 

Run your experiment

Do you have a proven track record when it comes to running experiments and strategies?

In our two-week experiment sprints, we design up to three experiments. This always happens in co-creation with you. Teamwork always makes the dream, or experiment in this case, work.

We find it important that you can follow every step of the way. We are transparent in the way we work and transparent with the data that is presented.

Analyze the data

Do you have a proven track record when it comes to running experiments and strategies?

We gather all the data from the experiments and see which ones gave the best results.

We get behind the results: what is the reason? How can we scale our learnings? We look at the qualitative data to see why the experiment resulted in the way it did.
