How do we get employees to think more customer-centric?
Becoming a customer centric organisation starts with implementing a culture of learning and fostering curiosity within your business. That is why PMI asked us to roll out a global training programme. This in order to shift the company approach to an experiment driven approach as efficient and effective as possible.
Making sure everyone speaks the same language is the first step to making sure the customer is heard across the organisation. Continuously upskilling employees to do so is vital for a successful result.
Our training process
In order to train all employees as efficient and effective as possible, we wanted to create a method that was repeatable and easily accessible. This ensured that everyone could easily get the training they needed, as well as get the same training, no matter where they worked.
Our approach consisted of 3 different methods that together created a complete training package for all employees.
Live training
These are hybrid sessions where the theoretical concepts are explained using a combination of Zoom & Miro to boost engagement of all participants.
Video
A collection of on-demand video modules that deliver in-depth use cases and expert talks.
Experiment Lab
A series of hands-on sessions where the learned theory gets put into practice. Teams are coached through a series of exercises, in order to really embed the given theory.

What are the results?
The 3 month academy was rolled out across 4 different continents with participants gaining a clear understanding of the importance and implications of customer centricity.
The rapid experimentation process became embedded into the DNA of PMI. We also improved digital and technical skills, which resulted in an increased speed of output and a decrease in reliability on external partners.
